at Shady Acres!
If you’d like to be with us, we’d love to have you!
Come anytime after 2:00 for games and relays and riding the Jones Express. Young ones, (and old ones, too) bring favorite water ammunitions (squirt guns and such) and if getting wet bothers you, a change of clothes. There has been interest expressed in a horseshoe tournament, so if you are interested in that, see Josh Slaubaugh. We will plan to eat at 5:00 PM. Hot Dogs and hamburgers will be provided as will paper products. Bring potluck picnic foods, favorite outdoor games and lawn chairs.

We would love to attend. However, we have family doin’s tomorrow, so I guess we’ll pass. I tell you, Shady Acres is the place to go to have a good time! You have entertained so much these last several months, and I keep thinking that I would love to do that, and then I get stressed just thinking about it! I am thinking if I did more of it, I wouldn’t get so stressed every time! I have come a far way in that area, though, and that make me happy. I used ot clean windows, wash off my kitchen cupboards, etc. and now I just make sure the house is straightened up and clean, but not to the extreme. Maybe in another 10 years I can look back and see how far I’ve come in these 10 years.

The Humid weather isn’t making me feel well at all on top of that…
Will there be home cranked ice cream? Now that just might be worth a trip from AZ to DE!

How long does it take to get to Shady Acres from Mississippi? Sounds mighty good =)
Mom….no offense….but the music….really. I mean…i know you’re a “mom”….but taste hasta have something to do with life….like…is that an organ?? It sounds kinda like that thing you used to play….i can’t even make out the tune. Ok…i’m done hatin’ on your music…it sounds like that “hey hey hey playmate” song…oh well. I was hopin’ for some pics of the 4th party…but i’ll just hafta check back.. Love yah tons…wish i could’a been there. Take it easy-Lem
Won’t be for 4th of July, but we’ll wait and see what door of opportunity may be open for us to spend some time down there in early October. (Niece in PA getting married– big family shindig etc!) Marty
