CE Daniel prays

This Certain Man, the love of my life
(shown here as our family read the Christmas story last evening)
Once again, hand made my Christmas present:

CE the bird feeder
A gorgeous bird feeder —  (Almost too lovely to use as a bird feeder!)
This is where I perched it last night to take a picture.
This afternoon, he installed it for me out on the corner of the deck

I can see this from my kitchen window, and many, many birds visit our deck and the various feeding stations there.  If you look closely, you can see three of the feeders.
Who wouldn’t love this gift?  I am just so tickled with it!

Here is a closer view of it.

Thank you, Daniel.  Your love for me is still the best gift every single day of our lives!

  1. A lovely gift indeed!  I really like that picture of Certain Man meditating…it’s a keeper.  =)

  2. A mighty FINE bird feeder that I see, mighty FINE guy you have there.

  3. Certain Man is ‘certainly’ a thoughtful and talented man. This is a nice picture of him. The feeder is very special.
Your family picture is really good and I enjoyed your newsletter.
    Happy New Year!

  4. Awww, that is SO nice!! And I just love how he blends in with the candy canes on the tree. Great picture!

  5. Pretty, pretty!!  Merry Christmas!

  6. That is very beautiful.  The handmade gifts are always the best!

  7. How beautifully done!  I agree.  The feeder is almost too lovely to leave outdoors, but I guess that watching the birds in it will make it a true work of art and weathering and age will only add to its beauty.
Our Grandfather on our Mother’s side of the family made wonderful whirl-i-gigs (sp?)  and had them on top of posts everywhere on our rented farm.  But when we moved we foolishly left them all!  I was only 6 years old and had no idea how wonderful they really were  or how I would treasure them today.
I loved receiving your lovely Christmas photo and letter.  How thoughtful of you.

  8. Wow what a wonderful feeder! That gives me ideas for Mothers day! I love to feed the birdies.
