Saturday evening at the reunion, just before supper, we took family pictures of those who were there — Many, many were missing, but I decided to put on the families that were there at that particular minute. Some of you don’t know a single one of these people; others of you know some of them. I am so blessed to know them and to call them
“Family”
“Family”
Uncle Amos’s Family
Aunt Naomi’s Family
The families are in birth order.
Each family was represented at the reunion.
What a family!
I suppose we know our weaknesses better than those who look on.
(And those who look on know them pretty well!!!)
I’m just glad that for a golden weekend,
We could put it all aside
And just be
“Family”
Great pictures. How nice to have these pictures with everyone posed so well. In our family we just do not behave nor do we take orders to look this way or to smile. We are a family of rebels evidently.
thaks for sharing !! enjoyed seeing some faces I know well and some I know a little!
I love family reunions. I knew a few of the people shown. Thanks for sharing. God Bless Anna
I totally enjoyed looking at these pictures. In fact I saved a few to my files so I could enlarge them and get a better look at faces I recognized! We recently had a reunion of my dad’s side of the family. They are spread all over the US and several other countries as missionaries. There were around 175 people there. If everyone had been there the total number would have been around 800! My cousins and their children believe in very large families, so the number just mushrooms!
It’s great that you could all meet and have those group pictures! What a treat!
