Our family is getting ready for the Christmas Open House that we host each year for Daniel’s office friends and their families.  This is to be tomorrow evening at 6:30, LORD willing.

Pray that God would be honored in our lives and in our family.

Pray that the age-old Christmas Story would take root and bear fruit in these lives.

Pray for Karen, our pianist.  She makes these reedy, unused voices sound so good!!!

Pray that I will get ready on time.

And pray for Youngest Daughter.  Her Doctor’s office called this afternoon, and she does, in fact, have Mono.

  1. What a privilege for those co-workers to get a touch of the presence of the Lord as they come into your home. Dear Youngest Daughter, no wonder she was so tired. Lord Jesus, touch her with Your healing hand.

  2. Mary Ann, is there something I can do for you this afternoon? I’m sorry to hear of this. And as far as Mz Karen… she’s the best. I LOVE to hear her play the piano. That’s one thing I miss about Small Group.

  3. I hope today goes well and that YDD will feel much better soon.

  4. Thinking of you this evening and praying that you will feel His peace. Also praying for your daughter’s speedy recovery. Take Care Dear BEG!

  5. This has been quite a week for you and yours.  I am sure your open house will be lovely.  Remember the word is “welcoming” not “entertaining” when jeople come to your house.  There is a big difference.  One doesn’t require a Martha Stewart effort only a warm hug and smile.

  6. Hope your daughter feels better.  Prayers….
