My heart rejoices with you and the blessed couple. I well remember the phone call we got about our youngest daughter. God’s Spirit bonded my heart with hers at that very moment even though we didn’t see her for several months. It is a miuraculous experience.

How wonderful!!! Their long wait is nearly over! And you will be the wonderful grandmother you have longed to be. Such a life changing(for the better) event. I, too, remember the call we received to say two little sisters were in need of a home. That was 26 years ago! They were 4 and 6. I wish we could have received them when they were babies because they brought a lot of sadness and horrible memories with them.
Actually, tears are crowding in my eyes. I’m soooo happy for Christina. I wish I could give her a hug. And grandma will be so blessed as well. When the time comes, tell me the word I’m looking for. Blessed is wonderful, but ….. it’s a blessing that only God could give…… and as you told me before, it won’t be grandma, what will it be. It took us along time to decide. now I must go to your daughter’s site!!!

I am so thrilled for you all !! It absolutely makes no difference whether they have the baby biologically or adopted, that little one will steal a place in your heart like you can’t imagine. It’s wonderful and exciting..so happy for you all !! (Will pray that nothing goes wrong !!)

Mary Ann, I am rejoicing with you and the parents-to-be!! Will they be able to be there when the baby is born? My niece and her husband were called when the biological mother began labor, and they were able to drive (to the next state!) to be there when their son came into the world!!
